• By using this site, the user has unconditionally accepted the terms and conditions of use as given hereunder and/or elsewhere in the site  
• All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees. 
• All the prices shown are inclusive of delivery in Bangalore only.
• Flower arrangements shown here are indicative. It may be possible that actual arrangement varies due to availability of
  seasonal flowers and other reasons beyond our control.
• If ordered flowers / cake are not available in the respective city or town, we shall deliver
  available best quality flowers / cake of equal value.
• In case of incomplete/incorrect address resulting in non-delivery, no refund is possible due to the perishable nature
  of the product and the infrastructure costs involved.
• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered and the item will be handed over to a
  relative/neighbor/colleague unless otherwise specified. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.
• Refusal of item by the recipient is considered as a complete delivery. No refund will be possible
• In case no date of delivery is mentioned along with order, we shall deliver / dispatch within 24 hours.
• Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances.
  However, you always have a right to get 100% refund of your money.
• No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made.
  All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery /non delivery.
• The owners of the site retains the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
• All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of local Court only in Bangalore (India).
